Affiliate Marketing Manager

A company is looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead and scale their affiliate channel.

Key Responsibilities

Manage Rewardful, including onboarding, payouts, updates, audits, and optimization

Activate current users into affiliates and launch campaigns to recruit new affiliates

Source and manage affiliate agencies to run acquisition experiments and develop performance benchmarks

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or performance-driven growth

Proven experience in building or scaling an affiliate program, preferably in SaaS or product-led environments

Comfortable managing agency relationships and holding them accountable

Strong operational skills with the ability to plan, execute, and iterate independently

Experience with Rewardful, PartnerStack, or similar platforms
