Men's Grill Service Attendant

Position Summary :

The Men's Locker Room Attendant plays a key role in delivering a high level of personalized service

to members and guests at Greensboro Country Club. This position is responsible for the cleanliness,

organization, and presentation of the men's locker room while also providing food and beverage

service, shoe care, and exceptional hospitality. The ideal candidate is service-oriented,

detail-focused, and able to anticipate the needs of members and their guests.

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet members and guests warmly and professionally.
• Provide prompt food and beverage service.
• Perform shoe cleaning, shining, and minor repairs.
• Manage locker assignments and maintain member belongings.
• Handle laundry and distribution of towels and linens.
• Maintain cleanliness of service areas and restock beverages / snacks.
• Respond to member requests and resolve issues professionally.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance teams.
• Assist with inventory and supply ordering.

Qualifications :

Work Environment :

This is a member-facing role in a private country club setting that requires professionalism,

discretion, and a high standard of personal presentation. Uniform and grooming standards must be

always maintained.

Schedule :   Monday through Sunday  8am to 6pm

Reports To : Dining Services Manager
