We have an urgent locum tenens need for a Cardiovascular Surgeon in Michigan from December 23, 2024, to January 2, 2025 . This position involves both clinic and call coverage.

• Schedule : Clinic from 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM, Monday - Friday, with 24-hour call. One business day of orientation. Sample schedule : 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off.
• Cases / Procedures : Bread and Butter open heart surgery.
• Clinical Support : APPs available.
• EMR : Athena for clinic, Sunrise Allscripts for hospital.

Required Experience, Training, and Certifications :

Licensing : Must hold an IMLC or MI license due to the tight turnaround.

Credentialing Timeframe : Typically 30 days, but applications are prioritized based on start date.
