Job Description

• Create Personalized Therapy Plans : Assess patients' needs and craft individualized treatment strategies to help them reach their functional goals.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques : Employ evidence-based methods to improve patients' motor functions, cognitive abilities, and daily life skills.
• Engage with Interdisciplinary Teams : Work hand-in-hand with a team of OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to provide holistic and comprehensive care.
• Educate Patients and Families : Share insights with patients and their families on various therapy methods to ensure ongoing progress even outside of clinical settings.
