Job Summary:

Stride Staffing in Arlington has partnered with a trusted vendor for General Motors to hire Quality Control Inspectors for their growing production team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring automotive parts meet the highest quality standards before reaching the customer.

Responsibilities

* Inspect automotive components for visual or dimensional defects.
* Perform measurements and checks using gauges, calipers, and other inspection tools.
* Document inspection results and communicate findings to the production team.
* Follow standard operating procedures and quality assurance guidelines.
* Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in quality inspection or manufacturing preferred.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings or work instructions.
* Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
* Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
* Must be available for the 1st shift (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM).
