Role Responsibilities

  • Cater to the holistic health needs of individuals and families of all ages, from children to seniors.
  • Oversee chronic illness management, preventive healthcare, acute medical issues, and mental health care, always prioritizing the patient experience.
  • Perform thorough physical examinations, assess diagnostic results, and create tailored treatment strategies.
  • Work in tandem with care managers, mental health specialists, and other professionals to ensure well-rounded patient care.
  • Engage in quality improvement projects aimed at boosting patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
  • Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) for maintaining thorough and current patient documentation.
  • Provide care both in-person and virtually, catering to the varied preferences and needs of your patients.

Education Requirements

  • MD or DO credential from an accredited institution.
  • Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency.

    • Certifications

  • Board Certification in Family Medicine preferred.
  • Possession or eligibility for a valid Georgia medical license.
  • BLS and ACLS certifications are a plus.

    • Skills and Experience

  • Proficient clinical and diagnostic skills, with a strong focus on preventive healthcare.
  • Familiarity with value-based care models along with a thirst for continual growth.
  • Outstanding communication and collaborative skills to build strong patient relationships.
  • Ability to navigate EMRs and telehealth tools effectively.
  • A deep passion for providing empathetic, inclusive care to a diverse population.
