GTM Recruiter

A company is looking for a GTM Recruiter, a fully remote contract role.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies

Source and attract qualified candidates using various tools and platforms

Required Qualifications

GTM hiring experience in fast-paced complex environments, specifically with Account Executives and Solution Engineers

Preferred combination of large tech and startup experience

Strong client management experience
