Introduction

Join our team to support the design, development, and maintenance of cutting-edge Anti-Money Laundering (AML) solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about compliance technology and software development within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain. Collaborate with senior developers, business analysts, and compliance teams to deliver solutions that strengthen financial crime prevention.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Applicants must be able to work directly for our company on a W2 basis.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
1-3 years of experience in software development or data engineering, preferably within the BFSI domain.
Basic understanding of AML concepts (KYC, CDD, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring).
Experience with SQL and exposure to relational databases.
Programming knowledge in Python, Java, or similar languages.
Familiarity with ETL tools and data integration techniques.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills to work effectively in a collaborative remote environment.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Hands-on exposure to AML tools such as Actimize, Mantas, SAS AML, or equivalent.

Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (FATF, OFAC, FinCEN, EU AML directives, etc.).

Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Basic knowledge of DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Docker).

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Collaborate with senior developers and compliance teams to enhance AML solutions.

Engage in software development and data analysis to support financial crime prevention.

Utilize programming skills to integrate and maintain AML systems and tools.
