Compensation

$330,000 - $450,000 per year

We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible OB / GYN or Family Medicine Physician with OB experience to join our dedicated team in St. Joseph, MO. This role provides an ideal balance of clinical and surgical work with a flexible, physician-friendly schedule and a supportive practice environment. Position Highlights :

• Flexible Schedule

Enjoy a 4-day work week, including a half-day in the OR, allowing for a rewarding work-life balance.

Three in-house 24-hour call shifts per month to cover labor and delivery, the emergency department, and floor duties. Additionally, 3-5 backup call shifts per month from home provide added support.

Access to a dedicated c-section suite and state-of-the-art Da Vinci robotic system for minimally invasive surgeries.

A Level II NICU, alongside on-site maternal-fetal medicine specialists, offers comprehensive support for high-risk pregnancies.

Close working relationships with regional perinatal and neonatal providers enhance continuity of care.

Recently expanded services now include infertility support, enabling holistic reproductive care for patients.
