A company is looking for an Employment Counsel to partner with their People Experience team and leaders globally.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert, business-focused advice on all stages of the employee lifecycle
Design and implement compliant policies, processes, and programs aligned with company culture
Draft, review, and update employment-related agreements, policies, and procedures
Required Qualifications
5+ years of employment law experience, including counseling and litigation
JD degree from an accredited law school and admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
Experience managing multiple priorities in a lean, high-performing environment
Ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional partners
