As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help to deter security-related incidents and promote a secure environment. You will conduct routine patrols, respond to situations as they arise, and deliver exceptional customer service through clear communication. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergencies as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.

Monitor for unusual activity or potential hazards during patrols and report findings according to company procedures.

Communicate and collaborate with other Allied Universal team members and site personnel to maintain a secure environment.

Assist with access control by observing entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and reporting any concerns.

Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
