• Call coverage shifts
• All adult patients
• 200 CABGs per year, high volume TAVRs, 300-400 hearts annually
• CABG, TAVR, thoracic procedures required
• All cardiothoracic surgery except arch work
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
