Legacy House of Mesa is looking for a creative, energetic, and compassionate Senior Living Recreation Director to lead life-enrichment programming for our residents. If you love creating meaningful experiences for seniors and thrive in a fun, relationship-focused environment, this role is for you!

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000+ per year , depending on experience.

Located in Northeast Mesa near restaurants, shopping, and year-round golf, we are a premier senior living community dedicated to helping residents remain as independent, healthy, and fulfilled as possible. What You'll Do

As our Senior Living Recreation Director , you will :

  • Plan and lead engaging social, recreational, cultural, and religious activities
  • Create monthly activity calendars and newsletters
  • Oversee and enhance the community transportation program
  • Coordinate and supervise events and team members
  • Ensure activities meet residents' needs while staying within budget
  • Participate in training and maintain confidentiality standards

    • Your creativity will directly enhance residents' quality of life and create meaningful daily experiences.

    What We're Looking For

  • Experience working in recreation or life enrichment at a senior living facility
  • Ability to design a diverse activity program for seniors
  • Basic computer skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Team player with a positive, collaborative mindset
  • Genuine desire to work with elderly residents
