[job_card.job_description]U.S. Citizen, 21+ years of age High school diploma or GED required Valid State Guard Card Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record 2+ years of related experience (Security, Law Enforcement, Military, or similar) Customer / client engagement experience Preferred : experience in threat intelligence collection and reporting Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to engage professionally with VIPs and special visitors Ability to walk premises-including outdoor areas-and climb multiple flights of stairs during patrols Ability to lift, drag, and carry 50 pounds or more as needed for operational duties or emergencies Basic proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel Ability to create temporary badges for visitors and employees Must be flexible with 24-48-hour schedule changes due to weather or safety conditions Must be able to professionally engage with : Public visitors, Clients and special guests, Client employees, Fellow staff members
Unarmed Security Officer
Full Time and Part Time Shifts Available - Pay Rate : $23 / hr.
The Unarmed Security Officer is responsible for day-to-day security operations at client facilities. Officers serve as the primary contact point for clients, ensuring adherence to Post Orders and reporting violations of security policy or procedure.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide security support and guidance to clients and staff
- Ensure compliance with Post Orders and directives
- Monitor and report violations or suspicious activities, including :
- Access control procedures
- Credential / access ID usage
- Unauthorized presence in restricted areas
- Deviations from approved patrol routes
- Unauthorized photography, recording, or removal of assets
- Support internal security team operations (situational awareness, threat / risk monitoring)
- Assist with desk operations (watch operations)
- Prepare clear, concise written reports
