About The Position

Job Title : Nursing Home Registered Nurse

Profession : RN

Shift : Variable Shifts

Hours per Shift : 12 hours

Experience : Minimum of 1 year preferred

License : Active RN License required

Certifications : Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

Must-Have :

• Active RN License
• BLS Certification

Description :

Provides full-service long-term care, assisted living, and rehabilitation services.

Cares for patients affected by illnesses, injuries, or conditions requiring extended nursing care and rehabilitation.

Utilizes a wide array of skills including IV therapy, wound care, and medication administration.

Works collaboratively with the medical team to coordinate and implement patient care plans.

Serves as a source of emotional support, guidance, and comfort for patients and their families.

May be assigned to days, evenings, or night shifts, or a combination, as per departmental policy.

Scheduled off at least three holidays per year.

Required to work weekends based on unit needs.

Expected to work additional hours on occasion.

Full-time employees working 72 hours or more per pay period are eligible for benefits.
