Position Summary :

The Clinical Manager oversees day-to-day clinical operations, ensuring smooth service delivery, effective coordination among team members, and high-quality care for clients. This role involves developing strategies to address system challenges, coaching staff, and enhancing the operational and therapeutic environment to support client recovery.

Minimum Licensure Required to Apply :

LCDC III or LSW

Key Responsibilities :

• Daily Operations Management

Manage day-to-day contingencies as they arise, coordinating with the Clinical Supervisor and relevant team members to ensure seamless operations.

Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery for clients, addressing issues such as case management challenges and housing concerns.

Work with the Clinical Supervisor to identify coaching and training needs within the clinical team.

Identify operational needs related to buildings, vehicles, and housing, and communicate these needs to the appropriate staff for timely resolution.

Identify clients who may require referrals to higher levels of care or specialized services.

Address client crises, including relapse, interpersonal conflicts, and other urgent situations, with professionalism and empathy.

Develop and implement corrective action plans for case managers who are underperforming to improve job performance and accountability.
