Sr. Full Stack Engineer

About this role :

In this role, you will own the full development lifecycle, from architecting new features to shipping them to production, utilizing your strong experience with web applications and databases. We're looking for a self-starter who understands best practices and can drive projects autonomously without needing extensive mentorship. Key Responsibilities :

• Leverage your strong front-end skills using tools like Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind to build a beautiful and efficient web application that our customers use to design and monitor the performance of their value-based care contracts
• Leverage your strong backend development skills in Python and with platforms like Databricks and AWS while working on the processing of high volumes of complex healthcare data
• Work closely with Product and Design teams to create a user experience that intuitively conveys complex healthcare and financial information
• Collaborate with an actuarial science team that primarily works in SAS, R, and Excel
• Contribute to the design, implementation, and overall development of our products
• Drive innovation and deliver valuable features for our customers
• Coach and mentor junior engineers on the team

$170,000 - $215,000 a year

The salary band for this role is $170,000 to $215,000 a year + / - depending on experience.
