Physical Therapist- Lafayette, LA

Job type : Full-time / Permanent

Shifts : Mon-Fri

Sign-On Bonus : $5,000 - $7,000

Facility Type : Outpatient Orthopedic Clinic

Job summary :

We are seeking a Full-time Physical Therapist to join the outpatient orthopedic practice in Carencro or Lafayette, Louisiana. Whether you are a new graduate eager to learn or an experienced therapist ready for leadership, we welcome you to become part of our compassionate, patient-centered team.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Evaluate patients' conditions, symptoms, and functional limitations
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and set short- and long-term goals
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to restore and enhance mobility
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
  • Educate patients and families on injury prevention and home exercise programs

Qualifications :

  • Licensed (or eligible for licensure) as a Physical Therapist in Louisiana
  • Strong clinical skills with a focus on orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate patient care
  • Open to both new graduates and experienced clinicians

    • Caseload Expectations :

  • New Graduates : 10-12 patients per day
  • Experienced Therapists : 15-18 patients per day
