A company is looking for a Mortgage Quality Control Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Review and re-underwrite loan files for compliance with underwriting and Agency / Investor guidelines
Identify deficiencies in loan files and communicate with Branch personnel for remediation
Conduct thorough appraisal reviews and ensure adherence to applicable guidelines and policies
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of Mortgage Quality Control experience
Knowledge of Internal Audit procedures, Regulations, and Underwriting
Ability to review and calculate income according to loan program requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
High level of integrity and confidentiality
