Registered Nurse (RN) | Dialysis Location : Honolulu, HI Agency : Adelphi Medical Staffing Pay : $59 to $90 per hour Start Date : ASAP About the Position Summary : Ref : SM-U-1792 Specialty : RN - Dialysis Job Type : Contract / Per Diem Location : Honolulu, HI Shifts : Day, Evening, Night (8, 10, or 12 hours) Rate : $58.9 - 90 / hr Requirements : Active RN license in practicing state required. 1 year of dialysis or renal nursing experience preferred. Current BLS required; ACLS may be required. Experience with hemodialysis machines and protocols. Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills. Ability to manage multiple patients in a fast-paced setting. Knowledge of infection control and vascular access care. Responsibilities Dialysis Procedures : Perform pre and postdialysis patient assessments. Initiate, monitor, and terminate dialysis treatments. Patient Management : Manage vascular access sites (fistula, graft, catheter). Administer medications and IV therapies as ordered. Monitor patient response; intervene for complications. Documentation & Education : Document treatments, assessments, and status in the EMR. Educate patients on dialysis care, diet, and fluid management.
