Extensive dialysis experience is preferred and experienced program management is preferred. FTE : 1.0, Shift : Day, Schedule : Standard business hours

Position Summary

As Nurse Manager at MultiCare, your leadership, delegation, and collaboration across your unit are essential to achieving the best possible outcomes and experiences for patients and families. Hospital-based leaders may have a dual matrixed reporting structure.

Responsibilities

• Define, develop, and monitor standards of patient care and nursing practices
• Ensure availability and appropriate allocation of human and material resources
• Support successful collaboration between nursing, physicians, and other disciplines to achieve desired patient care outcome and department strategic plans
• Coordinate towards the overall operations of assigned units and the provision of resources
• Facilitate optimal and cost-efficient patient care delivery

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. The pay scale is $151,362.00 - $209,019.00 USD.
