Department : Preconstruction and Estimating

Location : Full-time, In-Person in Moyock NC

Position Overview

We're seeking a detail-driven, analytically sharp Estimator to join our dynamic Preconstruction team. This role is pivotal in shaping the financial foundation of our projects-developing precise budgets, cost estimates, and bid proposals that reflect both the scope of work and our commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate brings deep technical knowledge of construction methods, thrives in collaborative environments, and is passionate about delivering reliable pricing and risk assessments that empower successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Preconstruction & Budgeting

• Develop conceptual, schematic, design development, and GMP estimates
• Perform detailed quantity take-offs and cost breakdowns across all CSI divisions
• Identify value engineering opportunities to optimize cost without sacrificing quality

Bid Management

Project Support

Process & Reporting

Deliver executive summaries, variance reports, and risk assessments for leadership
