AP Mail Clerk

The AP Mail Clerk is an onsite role supporting AP Trade, Check Processing and Corporate. This is done by preparing the daily check runs and payoffs for delivery to meet the SLA required and SOX compliance.

Who would I interact with?

Interacts with AP Accounts Payable Team, Check Processing Team and AP Mail Clerk Team along with Variable Operations Leadership.

Primary Job Responsibilities (included but not limited to) :

• Match / Verify checks to back up.
• Log and Prepare FedEx labels and envelopes.
• Run AP Trade check runs daily.
• Run Corporate check runs daily / weekly.
• Other duties as assigned.

Problem Solving :

Ability to use all tools available in order to resolve problems in a timely manner.
