Enrollment Counselor

A company is looking for an Enrollment Counselor-Northeast, TX.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct virtual and in-person admission appointments, interviews, and information sessions

Manage an assigned territory or program portfolio to meet or exceed enrollment key performance indicators (KPIs)

Represent the university at recruitment events, college fairs, and campus visit days, with some travel required

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required

Minimum of two years of experience as an Enrollment Counselor II or three years of equivalent higher education enrollment experience

Strong commitment to the institution's Christian values and community lifestyle standards

Willingness to work evenings and / or weekends for events and peak recruitment periods
