This role is for a director or business and data systems in a fast-growing market in the beauty industry who will be responsible for the following :

• Oversee and manage business and data systems to support organizational objectives.
• Develop and implement technology strategies to optimize performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address system improvements.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with industry standards.
• Lead the evaluation and integration of new technologies and tools.
• Provide technical guidance and support to internal stakeholders.
• Monitor system performance and address any issues promptly.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership on system performance and improvements.
• Be able to efficiently use SAP S / 4HANA
