Quality Inspector
Job Description
We are seeking a diligent Quality Inspector to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for the visual inspection of finished medical-grade products, ensuring they meet our high standards. This role involves verifying dimensions with tools like rulers and tape measures, documenting quality reports, and ensuring seams are sewn correctly.

Work Environment
Our company, a Contract Manufacturing Medical Device Company, has seen 30% growth over the past year and employs 800 people at our St. Charles location. The production floor primarily utilizes industrial sewing machines in a clean GMP environment, requiring hair and beard nets. While not climate-controlled, fans are provided to ensure comfort during hot summer months. Our diverse workforce speaks over 5-6 languages, and we support those who use translation technology. Work schedules include a 1st shift from 6 : 00 AM to 2 : 30 PM with voluntary overtime options and a 2nd shift from 3 : 00 PM to 11 : 30 PM, also with voluntary overtime opportunities. Note the dress code restricts acrylic / permanent nails, jewelry with stones, and lotions or creams on the floor.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00 / hr.
