Certified Medical Office Assistant

CR Fletcher is seeking a Certified Medical Office Assistant for a client company that is a large medical provider in the Syracuse area.

Job Summary / Responsibilities :

• Greet and assist patients in person and over the phone
• Schedule appointments and verify insurance information
• Maintain and update electronic medical records
• Assist with vital signs, rooming patients, and preparing exam rooms
• Support physicians and nurses with administrative tasks and assist with basic clinical tasks
