Strong understanding of chemical reactions and metal deposition processes. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with OSHA and ISO standards (preferred).

Job Description
Responsibilities of the Operations Manager would include :
- Support daily electroplating operations across production, quality control, and R&D.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize plating formulations.
- Assist in implementing process improvements for efficiency, safety, and environmental impact.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and industry standards.
- Collaborate with engineering, QA, and sales teams to align operations with business goals.
- Gain experience in budgeting, procurement, and inventory management.
- Participate in training programs and contribute ideas for operational enhancements.
