Up to .70cpm + a signing bonus!!  18 days out and 5 days home!

  • Pay & Home Time :

9–29 months : $0.68 (Hazmat) / $0.65 (Non-Hazmat)

30+ months : $0.70 (Hazmat) / $0.67 (Non-Hazmat)

Expected home time : Every 18 days for 5 days

Full truckload, dry van

  • Bonuses & Extra Pay :

    • CSA Safety Bonus : $875 w / Hazmat or $700 + 8 hrs PTO every 90 days

    On-Road Safety Bonus : $600 every 90 days

    Hiring Bonus (choose one) :

  • Option 1 :
  • $1,475 w / Hazmat ($1,300 non-Hazmat) + PTO + Orientation Pay + $600 after 30 days
  • Option 2 :
  • $1,125 + Orientation Pay

    • Band Pay on short hauls : $35 (0–100 mi) / $25 (101–400 mi)

    Anniversary bonus : $100 / year of service

    Safety raises at mileage intervals

    Hazmat premium pay (less than 2% of loads)

    Detention pay (after 1 hr), stop-off, referral, and other accessorial pay

    ~550 late-model Freightliner Cascadia & Kenworth T680s

    Automatic transmissions, 1500-watt inverters, speed set at 65 MPH (PasSmart up to 68 MPH)

  • Qualifications :

    • Valid Class A CDL

    9 months tractor-trailer experience (6 months if teaming with experienced driver)

    No DWIs in past 7 years, ≤3 moving violations in past 3 years

    Must pass DOT physical, drug screen, and HPE

    No preventable DOT accidents in past 3 years; no drug test refusal / failure

  • Benefits :

    • Weekly pay, PTO earned every 60,000 miles
