Experience with diverse project types and entitlement / site planning processes. Strong understanding of industry standards, budgeting, and sustainable design. Ability to lead teams and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Experience managing and mentoring junior staff.
A multidisciplinary design and planning firm is seeking an experienced Landscape Architect Project Manager to join its team in Durham / Raleigh, North Carolina . This role involves leading complex landscape architecture projects, collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams, managing client relationships, and mentoring junior staff. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a passion for innovative, sustainable design and proven project management experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor landscape architecture staff across all project phases.
- Manage projects from concept through completion, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule adherence.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to develop project designs.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and project documentation.
- Maintain client relationships and support business development efforts.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and local regulations.
- Improve project workflows and support team growth.
