Program Manager (PM)
Location : Lakewood, CO (On-site required)
Position Summary
Employment Type : Full-Time | U.S. Citizenship Required
Security Clearance : Must be eligible to obtain a Level 6C Public Trust clearance
Salary Range : $135,000 – $165,000 per year
Bonus Eligibility : May include annual performance-based bonus

Chippewa Sustainable Solutions (CSS) is seeking a seasoned Program Manager (PM) to lead a major federal contract supporting the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Division of Water and Power . This individual will serve as the senior project leader and principal point of contact for government stakeholders, overseeing day-to-day contract execution across technical, financial, and administrative domains.
The PM will be responsible for supervising multi-disciplinary teams, managing subcontractor relationships, and ensuring compliance with all contract requirements. This is a high-impact leadership role that requires a strong federal program management background, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to quality and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or a related technical discipline.
Experience working with or within the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) or other tribal / federal partnership programs.
