ID : 73907946 Shift : 07 : 00-19 : 00 Description : : Tristar Hendersonville Medical Center Location : Critical Care Unit New Shackle Island Rd Hendersonville, TN Unit Name : CCU Building : Cost Center : General Information Unit Specifics : Number of Beds : 20 Patient Ratios : 2 : 1 for CCU patients Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : Unit secretary on days & nights, occasional tech help Type of equipment : GE monitors, Alaris pumps, Puritan Bennet ventilators Documentation system : Meditech Scheduling requirements : 36 hours / wk, 3 weekend shifts / 4 weeks Floating policy : Contract labor floats before core staff Patient Experience requirements : at least 1 year critical care Hospital Specifics- Certifications : ACLS Hiring profile Requested Skill Set : Must have : 1 year critical care experience, Meditech experience, ACLS, NIH certification Advanced skills needed : Ability to manage : arterial lines, venous / arterial sheaths / cardiovascular & vasopressor drips / ventilated patients Procedures performed on unit : Bedside central line placement, Massive transfusion protocol, Certifications Required : ACLS Dress Code : (Required uniform) Black scrubs Unit Guidelines / Policies : Please attach unit specific policies and guidelines.
