[job_card.job_description]Rotating shifts per week - .90 FTE in a 2 week pay period : 1st week Monday-Wednesday 1400-2300, Friday & Saturday 1100-0700; 2nd week Monday-Wednesday and Friday 1500-2300; Call : none; Weekends : every other weekend works Friday and Saturday 3rd shift 2300-0700; Holidays : rotating with regular staff; Experience : EPIC; 1+ years of CT experience; CT tech may assist in x-ray when slow and x-ray is busy; may need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed. 1+ years of CT experience; Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start of assignment for all licensed professionals; Must have completed Ascension Core Competencies including HIPAA, Joint Commission -NPSG, OSHA Topics with minimum 80% score; Documentation of required vaccinations and health screenings including MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine, Varicella, Tdap, Fit Test, 2 Step PPD or IGRA; Statement of good health or completed physical exam prior to first assignment, updated annually; Valid Driver's License / State ID matching address on file; Completion of Ascension Skills Checklist within one year of start, updated annually for specialty; Background checks and employment verifications as required by Ascension policies. Rotating shifts with specified hours over two-week pay period; No call required; Weekend shifts every other weekend; Holiday shifts rotate with regular staff. Signed Assignment Agreement required for onboarding; Ascension Resume required for submission; Ascension Medical Imaging Contract Worker Onboarding Education Attestation required; Ascension Criminal Background Check and EPLS run within 90 days of start and updated annually; Ascension 12 Panel Drug Screen within 30 days prior to start and updated annually; Ascension Education Verification within 90 days of start; Ascension Confirmation of Assignment and Employment Verification required and updated as specified.
