Schedule : Monday-Friday | Occasional Weekends

  • Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee operations and service delivery of all practice sites within assigned clinics.
  • Collaborate with facilities to interview and hire managers and coordinators, ensuring a cohesive team.
  • Directly supervise practice managers, establishing accountabilities, providing performance feedback, and conducting annual evaluations.
  • Support physician and mid-level provider success, fostering productive practice environments.
  • Review financial and operational performance monthly, developing action plans with managers and leadership.
  • Coordinate revenue cycle initiatives, reviewing collections and accounts receivable management.
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related discipline is required.
  • Master's degree, MHA, MBA, or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of recent leadership experience in clinic practice operations is essential.
  • 10+ years of direct operations management experience may substitute for academic degrees.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a results-driven, team-oriented environment.
  • Track record of developing strong rapport with physicians.
