What Youll Be Doing Inspect, repair, and maintain diesel trucks and trailers to ensure they meet safety and performance standards. Diagnose and fix diesel engine issuesfrom minor tune-ups to major overhauls. Perform routine maintenance like oil changes, filter replacements, and brake inspections. Troubleshoot and repair trailer systems, including brakes, suspension, lighting, and hydraulics. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and keep accurate maintenance records. Work as part of a skilled team to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency. What Were Looking For 5-7 years of experience as a diesel and / or trailer mechanic. Strong knowledge of trailer systems, brakes, suspension, electrical, and hydraulics. CDL or certifications are a plus but not required. Ability to lift and move heavy equipmentthis isnt a desk job.
