Job Details :

• Tasks will vary based on department assignment each year
• Gain understanding of the business from a big picture perspective
• Experience and learn different types of roles in different business units
• Foster creativity and problem-solving skills
• Support partner and collaborate with cross-functional teams / departments including sales service parts and retail central services.
• Build a cross-departmental multi-business network within Holman
• Complete projects affiliated with rotation as assigned
• Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned

Anticipated compensation is $66000 with potential for additional earnings based on rotation assignments. Compensation may vary slightly based on experience and qualifications.

Benefits : Regular Full-Time

Temporary or Part-Time

Pay :

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills experience relevant education or training and geographic location starting in the range of $60800.00 - $86640.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay earnings.
