WHAT WE OFFER :

  • 2-4 weeks onboarding and training program for all new hygienists
  • Our average hygienist sees only 6-7 patients a day
  • We do not have accelerated hygiene in any of our offices
  • Starting base pay between $43-50 / hr
  • based on experience and skill set
  • We pay to laser certify all our hygienists
  • Our new compensation model allows hygienists to be compensated similar to doctor
  • Our hygienists have daily production compensation
  • No limit to hourly pay and additional compensation
  • Technology includes digital x-rays, digital panos, CBCT, laser, iTero scans, and AI integration into x-rays
  • Quarterly bonuses that allow high performing hygienist to make more than $55-$65 / hr
  • Paid CPR and Nitrous Certifications
