Plant Manager
The Plant Manager will direct the activities of plant employees in a safe, compliant, reliable, and economical manner including electric power production, maintenance, engineering, construction, accounting, procurement, materials management, human resources, public affairs, tax matters, and compliance with regulating agencies. Responsible for establishing and maintaining two-way communications with employees, managers, and the general public. Provide leadership and manage change by the development of a culture that promotes / supports teamwork, process improvement activities, employee development, and proper recognition and reward.

Compensation Range : $155,761.00 - $202,490.50
