8-12+ years of CPG sales experience, with direct management of large grocery customers
Proven success in leading sales teams in fast-growing or entrepreneurial environments
Deep understanding of trade management and the grocery retail landscape
Highly analytical with strong forecasting and planning skills
Proficient in syndicated data tools like Nielsen & Retail Link
