Workday Software Engineer

As a central figure in our HR tech landscape, you will collaborate closely with HR professionals, management, and other technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions that streamline processes and improve overall efficiency. You will play a key role in optimizing Workday functionalities, implementing best practices, and providing ongoing support to users. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will enable you to tackle complex challenges within the platform and enhance our ability to manage human resources effectively. In addition, you will be involved in testing new features, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth integration with other systems. Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and maintain Workday applications and modules.
• Collaborate with HR teams to gather and understand business requirements.
• Implement and test new features and updates in the Workday system.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely support to end users.
• Integrate Workday with other enterprise systems and ensure seamless connectivity.
• Analyze system performance and identify areas for optimization and improvement.
• Document technical processes, configurations, and system changes clearly for future reference.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in software engineering with a focus on Workday applications.
• Strong knowledge of Workday functionalities, modules, and configuration best practices.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar.
• Experience in data integration and management using Workday APIs.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex system challenges.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
