Required Qualifications
1.5+ years of experience in a technical support role
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
Excellent technical knowledge of the company's solutions
Ability to work independently on complex project assignments
Experience in mentoring or coaching team members is a plus
