A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer III.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end resolution of complex technical issues, including troubleshooting and data investigation
Serve as the liaison between Support, Product, and Engineering for escalated issues
Mentor L1 and L2 engineers and lead the creation of troubleshooting guides and internal processes
Required Qualifications
Advanced SQL capabilities, including complex joins and trace-level analysis
Expertise in root cause analysis across various technical layers
Proven experience collaborating with Engineering teams
Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript for troubleshooting and scripting
Ability to independently build processes and drive cross-functional initiatives
