Job Title QA Automation Engineer (JavaScript Specialist)

Location Dallas TX – all 5 days onsite

Duration 6 months contract to hire

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, Jest).
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to define test strategies, acceptance criteria, and quality goals.
• Implement and optimize automation frameworks for web and API testing.
• Integrate automated tests into CI / CD pipelines (Jenkins, CircleCI, GitHub Actions).
• Perform root cause analysis of defects and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain test documentation including plans, cases, and reports.
• Drive continuous improvement in testing practices, tools, and processes.
