Incentive Analyst Compensation
The salary for this position is $114,000–$130,000 per year
This role is not bonus eligible

Incentive Analyst Responsibilities
Manage the Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) end-to-end, including grant tracking, eligibility evaluation, and communication with senior leadership and recipients
Develop and maintain LTIP financial models to forecast outcomes
Provide quarterly profitability metric updates to leadership and grant recipients
Evaluate retention strategies, including LTIP and Short-Term Incentives (STI), and assess turnover costs
Implement tracking systems correlating turnover and retention with organizational initiatives
Conduct financial analyses supporting LTIP, retention strategies, and capital investments
Lead improvements in capital request processes and perform lookback analyses to refine future projections
Incentive Analyst Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial modeling, incentive programs, or capital investment processes
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level presentations
Microsoft Excel expertise; Power BI experience is a plus
Healthcare experience is a plus
Working Conditions
Primarily remote work with occasional onsite presence in Dallas, TX
Traditional office environment characteristics apply
Extensive computer-based work; occasional lifting up to 40 lbs may be required
Physical Requirements
Full range of body motion and manual dexterity required
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; corrected vision and hearing to normal range
