RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the customization of the Handtevy Mobile platform to meet each agencys protocols, medication lists, and operational workflows
Assist with managing and maintaining the Medication Management System (MMS) application
Serve as clinical support for clients, providing clear communication and timely updates via phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings
Facilitate client reviews through webinars, demonstrations, and one-on-one support sessions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are accurately documented and implemented
Help troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolutions with the technical support team
Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, training materials, and client resources
Promote the highest standards of patient care by empowering agencies to deliver safe, efficient, and effective emergency medical services
QUALIFICATIONS:
Current Paramedic certification required
Strong clinical knowledge and experience in emergency medical services across patient populations
Highly detail-oriented, organized, and committed to accuracy in all tasks
Professional and polished phone presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-starter who thrives working independently while collaborating effectively with a team
Skilled in active listening to understand client needs, guide conversations, and resolve issues efficiently
Comfortable using technology platforms, including web-based applications and virtual meeting tools
Positive attitude, competitive spirit, and the ability to bring energy and enthusiasm to the workplace
EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Paramedic (EMT-P) certification required
Experience with medication administration, including infusions, dilution concentrations, and safe dosing practices preferred
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in emergency or critical care settings preferred
A four-year college degree is preferred, but not required
Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly
Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus
Bilingual abilities are a plus
RN or LPN licensure is also considered an asset
