MS-IL Staffing & Packaging and our local partners are now hiring 3rd Shift Warehouse Associates in the Avon / Brownsburg, IN area!

Shift : 7pm - 5 : 30am, Monday to Thursday

Pay : $18.50 / hour

Job Summary

As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll support daily warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, documenting, and distributing products. This role plays an important part in ensuring accurate order fulfillment, safe material handling, and overall warehouse efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble products, pick orders, pack items, and perform RF scanning.

Work safely and productively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Provide accurate, damage-free, and efficient handling of all materials.

Use handheld scanners / equipment in accordance with warehouse management systems.

Assist with cycle counts, audits, and physical inventory.

Follow all company policies and procedures to complete tasks on time.

Adhere to all safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.

Work cooperatively with team members and support overall warehouse operations.

Help maintain a clean, organized, and orderly facility.

Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

Basic math skills.

Able to understand and follow instructions in English for training purposes.

Ability to read, write, and interpret documents.

Prior warehouse experience preferred, but not required.

Physical Requirements

Frequent walking, carrying, reaching, standing, and stooping throughout the shift.

Ability to lift, lower, push, or pull items up to 50 lbs.

Ability to work in an environment with varying temperatures.
