Key Responsibilities
Manage reinstatement processes and contact center transactions
Monitor KPI targets and ensure audit targets are met
Oversee a team of clerks and facilitate employee improvement plans
Required Qualifications
High School Equivalent; Associate degree or equivalent work experience preferred
3 years of previous supervisory experience required
Insurance experience preferred
Ability to manage remote employees and work independently
Strong organizational and time management skills
