As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated government locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with the public, and deliver outstanding customer service while supporting a welcoming environment. What You'll Do

Provide excellent customer service while carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at government locations.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.

Assist with access control and monitor entrances to help to deter unauthorized entry.

Document observations, incidents, and / or activities as required by site procedures.

Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency responders when appropriate.

Remain alert and attentive to surroundings, adapting to varying working environments and conditions as required by the site.

Minimum Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Must have at least 2 years of law enforcement, military, or corrections experience.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
