CSET is seeking a motivated and outgoing individual to join our Youth Workforce team as a Senior Program Specialist in the Tulare ECA office. Qualified candidates must be team-oriented and possess strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills. The ideal candidate will also have the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

The Senior Program Specialist will identify and recruit potentially eligible youth and provide orientations that outline the full range of available services and how to access them. This role is responsible for determining and maintaining eligibility for all youth applicants and participants, managing enrollment processes, facilitating work readiness workshops, supporting youth development activities, coordinating job training placements, and ensuring performance outcome requirements are met.

It is our company policy to conduct fingerprint testing with each employee upon hire if they are assigned to work with our agency. Fingerprint status is a condition to employment with C-SET.
