Caregiver - Home Health Aide

• 21+ years old
• Great work ethic with strong time management skills and the ability to work independently
• Proactive spirit with the ability to take charge
• Ability to compassionately facilitate care to those resistant to help
• Reliable, responsible, and kind demeanor
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Heart for working with the elderly

YOUR IMPACT AS A CAREGIVER - HOME HEALTH AIDE

We're flexible with scheduling and you can set the hours that work for you!

In this entry-level caregiving role, you perform critical in-home care services for elderly clients. You typically see the same 1 - 3 people every week, allowing you to build a rapport with your clients and foster strong relationships quickly. Every day, you visit clients in their homes and support them in their daily lives. You find a balance between allowing the clients to have some independence and control while taking over when needed to make sure their needs are fully met. You kindly perform personal care tasks and provide 1:1 help to support our elderly clients' quality of life.
